PRICEI needed this box quickly, and was disappointed that when it arrived, it wouldn't even open! Completely unusable. There was no visible damage to the packaging, so it seems to be a production issue. Several other units for sale on Amazon mention metal not being lined up correctly, but not the case with this one. I'll update this review after I have received another one...I'm hopeful that they will resolve the issue.
